Reverberation Chambers (RCs) are modern EMC test environments in addition to the established methods like semi- or full anechoic rooms, open area test sites or (G)TEM cells. They can be used for emission and immunity testing. A reverberation chamber basically consists of a shielded room and a stirrer which changes (“stirs”) the electromagnetic field inside the chamber. The chamber itself behaves like a multimode resonator.
混響室(Reverberation Chambers,簡稱 RC)是現代電磁相容性(EMC)測試環境的一種,作為傳統測試方法(例如半電波暗室、全電波暗室、開放式測試場地或(G)TEM 測試室)的補充。混響室可用於發射與抗擾性測試。其基本結構為一個屏蔽室,內部配有一個擾動器(Stirrer),用以改變(或「攪動」)腔體內的電磁場分佈。整體而言,混響室的行為類似一個多模態共振腔。
